Hines Buchanan
Hines Buchanan (a.k.a. Good to Know, a.k.a. Oliver Sudden) is a
producer, actor, comedian, business man, and all around man-about-town
working and repping hard for this thing we call Hip Hop.
Music became his main focus around 11 years ago. He started
by learning how to play the guitar and keyboard and from there the
producer in him began to emerge. His musical tastes range from Pink
Floyd to Easy E, Led Zeppelin to Stevie Wonder; there are no barriers
blocking his inspiration. Good music is good music.
Hines*s
first recorded project was Project Blowed Presents the Good Brothers,
which has taken the underground by its backpack straps and showed the
game's newcomers what*s up! As a producer and performer, Hines has
shared the stage with many different artists in the independent music
community in their efforts to ensure the undergrounds a place in retail
establishments worldwide. Artists such as Rifleman, Abstract Rude, Myka
9 and Aceyalone have all benefited from the showmanship of Good Brother
Good To Know.
Hines has recently hosted many events in the Los Angeles
entertainment scene in well-known spots like Everyday People at the
Little Temple in Silver Lake every Tuesday night.
